Engineering Manager (MedTech)

What you will do

• Drive engineering-wide technical and non-technical initiatives to raise the bar for team performance and organizational growth.
• Empower and support engineers, creating an environment where proactive ideas are surfaced and implemented.
• Own track-level ceremonies, including kick-offs, cross-team syncs, and retrospectives, while maintaining team autonomy.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to deliver intuitive, reliable, and performant user experiences.
• Build and maintain a culture of ownership, trust, and continuous improvement.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and mentoring for engineers across multiple experience levels.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams in a product company (non-agency).
• Experience building or scaling zero-to-one product and engineering initiatives.
• Familiarity with structured onboarding and growth frameworks such as career ladders and development plans.
• Ability to drive initiatives end-to-end and make logical, data-grounded decisions with incomplete information.
• English: C1+ proficiency required.
• Russian: Fluent proficiency required.
