Engineering Manager (Robotics)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with 2 days in the office every 2 weeks.

Salary: PLN 35,000–39,000 gross per month under an employment contract (UoP), plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead an engineering team developing and deploying smart robotics solutions.
• Guide the integration of physical AI, software, robots, and real-world warehouse operations.
• Design and evolve complex, multilevel software systems.
• Address technical challenges arising from production deployments and scale delivery capacity.
• Write code and contribute hands-on using Python.
• Build a healthy, learning-oriented engineering team and improve delivery practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Technical leadership experience and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python or another modern programming language; Python is used in the role.
• Experience designing complex, multilevel software systems.
• Fluent English communication.
