Location: Worldwide Remote. Must be able to attend regular meetings between 11 am – 5 pm UTC.

Salary: $8,000 – $10,500 per month net (Base range: $100k – $130k USD)

What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to set quarterly goals and drive measurable business impact.
• Guide engineer growth by helping them develop new skills, expand ownership, and overcome technical challenges.
• Lead the recruiting and hiring processes to scale the engineering team.
• Define and execute the team's engineering strategy and technical direction.
• Establish metrics, dashboards, and alerting to ensure operational health and delivery success.
• Drive improvements in product capabilities, costs, and performance while maintaining clear ownership boundaries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years directly leading engineering teams.
• Proven record of designing and operating high-load real-time systems in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with a major cloud platform (AWS preferred).
• Solid understanding of system architecture and API design principles.
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing engineers in fast-growing teams.
• English: C1+ (excellent written and verbal communication).
• Availability: Must be able to attend regular meetings between 11 am – 5 pm UTC.

• Familiarity with JavaScript.
