Salary: $75,000 - $103,000

What you will do

• Monitor production systems in real time to identify emerging issues and drive resolution for platform uptime.
• Support daily market operations, including system startup/shutdown, application updates, and recovery processes.
• Collaborate with clients, network providers, and internal teams to resolve connectivity and technical issues.
• Maintain operational documentation and procedures to support continuous improvement.
• Partner with engineering and development teams to implement scalable solutions for operational challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical operations or system administration.
• Strong proficiency in Linux environments, including administration and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and connectivity diagnosis.
• Must be based in Toronto and available for a hybrid schedule (at least 3 days in-office).
• Ability to work a weekend shift (Friday to Monday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM).

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud providers.
• Familiarity with Bash scripting, regex, GitLab, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Relevant certifications in systems operations or infrastructure management.
