Senior Master Production Scheduler & Super User (SAP)

What you will do

• Translate IBP aggregate plans into detailed, executable production schedules in S/4HANA, considering capacity and material availability.
• Utilize PP/DS for finite capacity scheduling, sequencing optimization, and constraint-based planning.
• Serve as the site-level Subject Matter Expert (SME) for S/4HANA PP, PP/DS, and IBP integration.
• Maintain and optimize production planning master data, including PIRs, routing, and capacity models.
• Train and mentor junior Master Production Schedulers and Production Coordinators on system functionality and planning processes.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and IT to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in Stuarts Draft, VA, US
• 8+ years of production planning and scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience, specifically S/4HANA PP.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or Operations Management.
• Demonstrated experience as a Super User or system expert in SAP planning modules.
• English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a medical device or regulated manufacturing environment.
• APICS CPIM certification.
• Expertise in PP/DS and IBP integration.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.
