What you will do

• Coordinate, direct, and manage production control activities, including production schedules, capacity planning, and material status updates.
• Synchronize production control processes with area managers and scheduling teams to improve schedule adherence and customer delivery performance.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles, including one-piece flow, Kanban replenishment, level loading, Clear-To-Schedule, and Clear-To-Build processes.
• Audit production control processes, manage inventory and capacity targets, and eliminate process gaps.
• Lead safety, quality, delivery, cost, sales, and operations planning meetings, as well as daily communication and improvement meetings.
• Train, coach, and engage employees while supporting project prioritization and structured problem solving.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, supply chain, or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Experience with TKE IT systems such as SAP, COPICS, Barcode, Trace, and QCBD, plus comprehensive MRP knowledge.
• Experience designing, implementing, and administering sequential pull systems, Clear-To-Schedule, Clear-To-Build, and production sequencing in low-mix, high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with PDCA/PTRS, practical problem solving, Socratic coaching, and visual management.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, lean manufacturing, product, process, and Microsoft Office skills. One to two years of supervisory experience is preferred.

• APICS certification, such as CPIM.
