Salary: $144,000–$180,000 Base + Equity

What you will do

• Own and maintain core IT platforms, including Google Workspace, Okta, and Iru.
• Manage identity and access administration, provisioning, deactivation, and device management.
• Support AV equipment and technical infrastructure for the San Francisco office.
• Lead a direct IT report and coordinate priorities for external contractors.
• Partner with the Security team to maintain SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance standards.
• Manage the IT budget and maintain relationships with hardware suppliers and SaaS channel partners.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on IT generalist experience in a company with a distributed, multi-office workforce.
• Proven experience administering Google Workspace, Okta, and Iru.
• Experience delivering high-touch white-glove onboarding and end-to-end IT operations.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA to support hybrid office attendance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience managing a team or overseeing contractors.
• Familiarity with enterprise security compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Background in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience managing IT budgets and vendor contracts.
