What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 5 systems engineers while owning all IT SaaS infrastructure.
• Drive end-to-end IT system projects across multiple platforms and departments.
• Design and optimize complex automations using Python, AWS Lambda, and Google Cloud Functions.
• Architect and support integrations using Terraform and Okta Workflows to automate critical business processes.
• Develop and maintain system and security policies aligned with industry standards.
• Provide Tier 3 support and develop technical documentation to ensure operational stability.

Requirements

• Must be independently authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years in IT systems engineering or infrastructure.
• Advanced expertise in identity management and user lifecycle management (Okta or similar).
• Strong proficiency in Python for automation and scripting.
• Solid experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and IaC methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects from concept to completion.
