What you will do

• Run recurring customer sessions with operators and builders to translate solution visions into operational systems.
• Build interfaces, field agents, automations, data models, and integrations.
• Utilize AI across every phase of delivery—designing, building, testing, and documenting—to increase efficiency.
• QA builds against real-world user behavior and create reusable build patterns to extend impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure cross-functional alignment and drive outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing delivery or implementation role.
• Hands-on technical depth in building complex systems with forms, automations, and data models.
• Ability to communicate effectively and earn trust with C-level sponsors and technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to master a complex software platform quickly (within 90 days).
• Experience integrating AI into professional workflows to offload routine tasks.
