What you will do

• Independently diagnose mechanical, electrical, and integrated software failures using structured troubleshooting frameworks.
• Develop and execute repair strategies for moderate-to-high complexity issues and perform validation testing.
• Document all repair activities in Jira with detailed technical notes, photos, and test results to support engineering trends.
• Maintain tool calibration, lab organization, and component control while tracking parts usage.
• Provide technical guidance and onboarding support to Technician I employees.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of technical experience in electro-mechanical, electronics, robotics, automotive, or aerospace industries.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex integrated systems and perform component-level testing.
• Strong documentation discipline and experience using issue-tracking systems like Jira.
• Must be based in San Jose, California for on-site work.
• Flexibility to work weekends as part of a 5-day schedule.

• Experience in robotics or automation environments.
