TL;DR

Location: Remote (United States) / Work from anywhere
Salary: $100,000 – $130,000

What you will do
- Visualize and deliver product solutions that fulfill the product vision and encompass requirements.
- Lead the Scrum framework, manage the backlog, and facilitate release plans throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with other product owners and scrum masters to develop comprehensive development strategies.
- Prioritize user stories and defects to ensure maximum business value during sprint planning.
- Plan and document development activities for large-scale, high-visibility projects.
- Facilitate communication regarding sprints, releases, and issues to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software product ownership.
- Proficiency with Jira and GitHub.
- Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and agile development.
- University degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to align diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to translate abstract information into detailed functional requirements.
Nice to have
- Understanding of clinical data workflows and guiding transformations/integrations.
- Knowledge of eClinical vendor systems and workflows.
- Experience with 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, CDISC ODM, HL7 FHIR, and GDPR conformance.
