What you will do

• Lead Field Response Team deployments to US dealerships for on-site RESS pack root cause analysis and teardown.
• Perform physical handling, packaging, and shipping of heavy high-voltage batteries using cranes, forklifts, and rigging equipment.
• Diagnose and test pack components using vehicle controls simulation hardware, Oscilloscopes, and Hi-Pot tools.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Service teams to develop stabilization processes for new battery program launches.
• Develop special-purpose instrumentation, cabling, and laboratory test fixtures for battery testing.
• Mentor and train entry-level technicians on safe HV battery practices.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in mechanical or electrical fields.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Deep knowledge of high-voltage battery systems, safe work practices, and electronics diagnostics.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel by air (up to 80% travel required).
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no immigration sponsorship provided.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Nice to have

• Level 2B+ high voltage certification.
• Advanced experience in diagnostic and root cause analysis.
• Experience with specialized high-voltage test equipment and recording devices.
