What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures.
• Ensure strict compliance with industrial safety standards, including LOTO procedures.
• Document all maintenance activities in CMMS (MaintainX) and manage critical spare parts inventory.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Design Engineers on the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles.

Requirements

• Ability to perform multidisciplinary diagnostics and repair on industrial machinery.
• Strong knowledge and enforcement of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety protocols.
• Practical experience with mechanical adjustments and forklift operation.
• Ability to write and update technical documentation, PM instructions, and SOPs.
• Must be located in or able to commute to Garden Grove, CA.
• Availability to work weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with MaintainX or similar CMMS software.
• Prior maintenance experience in EV, automotive, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Background in overseeing spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
