Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 USD

American commercial electric vehicle (EV) company building a first-of-its-kind EV platform for medium-duty vehicles.

What you will do

• Support daily production operations and resolve manufacturing issues affecting safety, quality, and productivity.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, PFMEAs, control plans, and process flows.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on throughput, cycle time, OEE, and cost reduction.
• Design and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and automation solutions.
• Implement engineering change orders (ECOs), product revisions, and process changes.
• Lead root cause investigations using 5 Why, Fishbone, and Pareto analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with MES, ERP, and manufacturing data analysis.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Garden Grove, CA.
