What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for service inquiries from customers, dealers, and service partners.
• Manage service cases from initial contact to resolution, ensuring accurate documentation of complaints, causes, and corrections.
• Provide diagnostic direction and technical assistance for complex vehicle, warranty, and field issues.
• Review and authorize warranty and goodwill requests, processing RMAs and parts requests.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve technical concerns and improve product reliability.
• Contribute to the development of labor operation standards and service process enhancements.

Requirements

• Degree in Automotive, Diesel, or Electrical Technology (preferred).
• Experience in automotive, commercial vehicle, or EV technical service operations.
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic aptitude.
• Ability to interpret service manuals, wiring diagrams, and repair procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management software platforms.
• Must be based in Garden Grove, CA.
