Field Engineer

Location: Based in the Northeast or Midwest US; residence within one hour of a major airport

Salary: $95,000–$108,000

What you will do

• Travel 80–90% to support customer sites and ensure successful on-site deployments
• Install and implement hirify.global’s hardware and services in industrial environments
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to maintain ongoing satisfaction
• Handle field administration: service reports, customer action lists, inventory returns, and asset tracking
• Collaborate with Reliability Systems Managers to optimize product performance and customer outcomes
• Conduct site surveys, run customer training sessions, and document activities and interactions in the CRM system

Requirements

• Residence in the Northeast or Midwest US within one hour of a major airport
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to pass a background check
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience installing or troubleshooting industrial controls, electromechanical systems, and/or wireless systems
• Strong understanding of rotating equipment operation and design
• Experience working in industrial environments with adherence to safe work practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders

Nice to have

• Vibration Analysis Category I or II certification
