What you will do

• Manage monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting for self-service and sales-supported channels.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models connecting operational metrics to profitability.
• Support annual operating plans, periodic forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
• Own the Sales workforce plan in partnership with Sales and HR, managing hiring and attrition impact.
• Analyze variances between actuals and budgets, communicating findings to stakeholders.
• Track channel-specific KPIs including churn, NRR, CAC, and LTV.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or corporate finance.
• Hands-on experience in revenue and OpEx forecasting and budgeting.
• Advanced Excel skills for managing large, complex financial datasets.
• Experience with Workday or planning systems like Adaptive Planning or Anaplan.
• Must be based in one of the following US states: CA, NY, FL, MD, NJ, NC, PA, TX, VA.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, media, subscription, or e-commerce sectors.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, SQL, or business intelligence tools.
