What you will do

• Transform and simplify end-to-end order fulfillment processes across Commercial, R&D, and Product Supply teams.
• Optimize lead times and improve inventory visibility with EMS partners and global 3PL providers.
• Coordinate global transportation, distribution, and reverse logistics to ensure strict delivery deadlines.
• Own dangerous goods processes, including maintaining MSDS and UN38.3 documentation and packing instructions.
• Manage export compliance, HS code classification, VAT/EORI registrations, and customs clearance for U.S. imports.
• Drive continuous improvement by developing SOPs and identifying opportunities for AI and automation to remove manual work.

Requirements

• Experience in international logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding and global customs processes.
• Proficiency in import/export compliance, including HS codes and EORI registrations.
• Ability to create scalable processes, checklists, and structured documentation in Confluence.
• Experience with dangerous goods documentation or a strong willingness to become the internal expert.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Aalborg, Denmark.
