What you will do
- Perform technical review, mapping, and analysis of regulatory content into lifecycle clusters.
- Manage change registration, traceability, and document control using MS Lists, MS Project, and Visio.
- Draft and develop procedural and guidance content based on a three-layer architecture.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement and review cycles within tight project milestones.
- Support the integration of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and digital platforms like Supply Galaxy.
- Facilitate knowledge delivery and support general project implementation controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply/Purchasing, Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Supply Management, Procurement, Contracting, or Logistics.
- Strong analytical skills in structuring complex documents and high attention to detail for version control.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, specifically MS Lists, MS Project, OneNote, and Visio.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Experience with SAP and ability to work in a multicultural international environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish).
- Recent experience with procurement in a country office and knowledge of Global supply procedures.
- Experience in document review, analysis, or project coordination.
- Experience working in development, fragile, or humanitarian contexts.
