What you will do

• Translate demand and backlog into feasible supply plans using MPS/MRP and maintain planning parameters.
• Manage the end-to-end PO process for EMS/CMs and component suppliers to secure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate daily with suppliers to mitigate shortages, delays, and excess/obsolete risks through timely escalations.
• Perform root cause analysis and initiate corrective actions with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Analyze lead times, MOQs, and order patterns to map operational risks and inform strategic sourcing.
• Monitor inventory health and adjust buffers to balance service levels and working capital.

Requirements

• Higher education in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business.
• Demonstrated experience in supply planning and operational procurement within low-volume, high-mix contexts.
• Strong proficiency in MRP/ERP concepts and Excel for analyzing supply and inventory data.
• English: C1 level proficiency required for clear communication with global stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Ballerup, Denmark.
