Location: Onsite in Copenhagen, Denmark. The position is a six-month temporary appointment.

What you will do
- Manage and monitor procurement transactions, including key accounts and complex projects, for assigned partners.
- Analyze partner requests, clarify specifications and delivery requirements, identify operational risks, and develop mitigation measures.
- Coordinate procurement activities across business units, Supply Division centres, country offices, and external partners.
- Prepare cost estimates, freight quotes, and sales orders while monitoring budgets and delivery commitments.
- Expedite purchase orders and deliveries, support customs clearance, and provide partners with timely status updates.
- Prepare reports, close transaction files, and contribute to operational and process improvements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or A-levels and technical university-level courses in Business Administration or a related field.
- Six years of relevant experience in procurement operations, project management, partner relationship management, or transaction management.
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, procurement processes, analytical work, and customer service.
- Proficient or fluent English is required.
- Ability to work in compliance with financial rules, procurement procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Availability to work onsite in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of an additional official UN language or a local language.
- Experience in developing countries, the UN system, or humanitarian and fragile contexts.
- Experience related to maternal or neonatal health, humanitarian preparedness, or country-level operations.
