• Support the retail expansion strategy by assisting with new store openings across Europe.
• Ensure retail stores remain operational during transitions or manager absences.

• Uphold health and safety standards across all assigned retail locations.
• Collaborate with the Retail Store Management Team to support territory-specific needs.
• Provide consistent, customer-focused service while managing store resources effectively.
