What you will do

• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across planning, order management, warehousing, and delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop talent within Regional Planning, Order Management, Warehousing, and Logistics.
• Develop a multi-year industrial roadmap to ensure AI readiness, agility, and an industry-leading cost position.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial leaders across the Enterprise and Gaming divisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and overall operational excellence.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Management, or equivalent (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a senior operations leader within cross-cultural environments.
• End-to-end Supply Chain expertise spanning planning, order management, warehousing, automation, and logistics.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence from senior executives to shop floor teams.
• Ability to travel 30-50 days per year.
• Must be based in Ballerup, Denmark.
