What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of pulp and paper manufacturing accounts to drive growth and strategic value.
• Support chemical programs involving retention aids, strength additives, sizing technologies, and coating applications.
• Collaborate with customer technical teams to conduct process evaluations and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Develop and execute strategic account growth plans and identify new business opportunities within assigned mills.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity within the pulp and paper industry.
• Prepare technical reports, business reviews, and value summaries for key customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Paper Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical sales, water treatment, or supporting pulp and paper customers.
• Strong understanding of paper manufacturing processes and chemical treatment programs.
• Proven ability to build relationships with operations, engineering, and procurement teams.
• Strong consultative selling skills and analytical abilities.

Nice to have

• Hands-on production experience in pulp, paper, tissue, or packaging mills.
• Experience in production supervision, process engineering, or continuous improvement roles.
• Familiarity with stock preparation, wet-end operations, and mill utility systems.
• Experience supporting production objectives like uptime, throughput, and yield improvement.
