What you will do

• Conduct hospital and clinic visits to promote products and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, and administrators.
• Manage assigned accounts by mapping procedures and identifying opportunities for product adoption.
• Demonstrate medical devices to healthcare professionals and resolve technical or clinical questions.
• Lead customer product evaluations and conversions, including planning and follow-up activities.
• Develop standardization protocols with hospitals for the use of company solutions.
• Participate in regional seminars, trade shows, and conferences to gather market and competitor intelligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine, Nursing, Health Sciences, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare, or marketing.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 70% domestically.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Intermediate to advanced Spanish proficiency is preferred.
