TL;DR
Senior Associate Product Analytics (Data Science/ML): Driving product roadmap and strategy through impact sizing, root-cause analysis, and development of AI-powered analytics products with an accent on product effectiveness tracking and automated workflows. Focus on designing data products, collaborating cross-functionally, and influencing product strategy to improve customer sales and experience.
Location: Remote within the United States or Canada only.
Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 USD annually plus pre-IPO equity package.

What you will do
- Influence product planning roadmap through impact sizing to enable strategic decision-making.
- Analyze root causes of product metric gaps and recommend or implement resolutions.
- Own analytics and engagement strategy for assigned product pods, designing and shipping data products and automated AI workflows.
- Lead or contribute to ad hoc projects based on business priorities.
- Help grow customers’ sales and improve their experience across all product pods.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, designers, developers, and Analytics Engineers.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States or Canada.
- 4+ years experience in analytics, strategy, or operations including management consulting or startup analytics.
- Strong quantitative skills with technical background preferred; experience with SQL, Python, Claude Code, Codex, and product analytics is a plus.
- Proven track record of building dashboards, tools, and processes beyond delivering reports.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to identify root causes effectively.
- Experience with SaaS, marketplaces, or high-growth startups preferred; restaurant industry experience is a plus.
