What you will do

• Analyze behavioral patterns across the customer lifecycle to identify trends and opportunities for improved adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Design experiments and measurement frameworks to evaluate the impact of product and marketing changes.
• Build models and datasets to improve customer segmentation and outcome forecasting.
• Apply machine learning and AI techniques to solve practical internal and customer-facing problems.
• Partner with Data Engineering to enhance the quality, reliability, and accessibility of core metrics.
• Communicate analytical findings as clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders and executives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science within B2B SaaS or similar growth-focused environments.
• Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and behavioral analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for large-scale analysis and modeling.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Must be based in the Americas region.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex analysis to PMs and executives.
