Analyst Relations Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within North America (ability to operate in PT or ET timezones). Optional office presence in New York or San Francisco.

What you will do

• Build the Analyst Relations function from the ground up for ElevenAgents in North America.
• Develop and maintain a trusted point of view that positions ElevenAgents as an enterprise-grade platform for voice and chat agents.
• Lead the process for inclusion in the Gartner Magic Quadrant and expand coverage with Forrester and IDC.
• Collaborate with Growth, Research, and Field Deployment Engineering teams to translate technical developments into a strategic narrative.
• Prepare executives and technical leads for analyst briefings and manage the cadence of newsletters and industry event presence.

Requirements

• Experience building or running an analyst relations function, ideally in enterprise software, AI, or CX/contact center technology.
• Direct, hands-on experience taking a company through a Gartner Magic Quadrant or Forrester Wave submission process.
• Ability to shape a coherent category narrative across multiple product lines (ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, ElevenAPI).
• Must be based in North America and able to operate in PT or ET timezones.

Nice to have

• Experience specifically covering agentic AI, voice AI, or conversational AI categories.
