Salary: $155,000 – $240,000 USD (US) / $220,000 – $270,000 CAD (Canada)

What you will do
- Stand up and lead the Executive Communications function, developing strategies to fuel growth in highly-regulated industries.
- Partner with C-Suite executives to drive content for speaking engagements, op-eds, podcasts, and executive social media.
- Build and manage a small team including a speechwriter and external vendors.
- Develop rapid response capabilities and oversee high-impact communications forums like industry conferences and leadership gatherings.
- Lead cross-functional storytelling initiatives to amplify customer success and elevate executive thought leadership.
- Collaborate with legal and functional teams on crisis and issues communications to protect corporate reputation.
Requirements
- 10-12 years of experience in executive communications, preferably within fast-paced tech or AI environments.
- 3+ years of experience in people management.
- Proven expertise in pre-IPO and policy/regulatory communications.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to distill complex technical topics into compelling narratives.
- Ability to provide and implement feedback collaboratively with senior leadership.
- Experience as a trusted advisor to executives and human resources teams.
