Investor Relations Manager, Capital Markets & Strategic Research (AI)

Location: Hybrid in the San Francisco Bay Area, United States; three full days per week in the San Francisco office. Remaining days are remote, with availability during agreed working hours and sufficient time-zone overlap required.

Base salary: $175,000–$240,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and manage relationships with investment bankers, equity and thematic research analysts, institutional and private-market investors, hedge funds, and other capital markets participants.
• Establish analyst engagement programs, including briefings, executive conversations, and relationship-building with leading investment banks.
• Track research covering Creative AI, generative video, the creator economy, advertising, media, AI infrastructure, and adjacent markets.
• Provide analysts with market intelligence, data, executive access, benchmarks, and informed perspectives on AI-driven changes in creative industries.
• Identify opportunities for Higgsfield to contribute to thematic and sector research while maintaining a distinction between sponsored research and independent coverage.
• Partner with leadership, communications, and finance to develop market frameworks and convert relationships into measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, capital markets communications, strategic financial communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of how Wall Street research is produced and how analyst and investment bank relationships are developed.
• Ability to discuss TAM, industry structure, competitive positioning, and technological disruption with sophisticated financial audiences.
• Ability to translate fast-moving technology developments into credible capital markets theses without relying on marketing language.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco Bay Area and attend the San Francisco office three full days per week.

• Existing relationships with investment banks, equity research analysts, institutional investors, or the broader capital markets community.
• Experience in AI, technology, internet, media, advertising, the creator economy, or high-growth private technology companies.
• Experience with thematic or sector research and emerging technology investment theses.
