Communications Manager (Crypto AI)

Location: Remote; fixed contract with no office provided. The company is offshore and does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.

What you will do

• Build online and offline communities for AI/ML, crypto, and research audiences.
• Create content, activities, blogs, and social media campaigns designed for engagement and viral growth.
• Execute fundraising outreach to investors, communities, and syndicates.
• Manage events, speaking opportunities, co-hosting, merchandise, and marketing partnerships.
• Develop token-based promotions, competitions, and crowdsourcing opportunities.
• Build APAC-focused communities, manage stakeholders and partnerships, and improve decks, white papers, websites, and proposals.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on crypto experience in community growth, tech sales, presales marketing, or fundraising.
• At least 3 years of early-stage or growth-stage startup experience; relevant backgrounds include crypto, AI, fintech, gaming, gambling, or forex.
• Experience working with VIPs, whales, investors, communities, and warm leads, with demonstrated results.
• Strong understanding of social media, AI-assisted marketing, viral trends, and growth hacking.
• Ability to use AI tools such as Copilot and GPT for CRM and client tracking.
• Fluent English required; knowledge of other major global languages is a plus.

• Working or native knowledge of other major global languages.
• Experience with Layer 1 networks, DeFi protocols, KOLs, celebrities, or growth partnerships.
