Corporate Communications Specialist (AI): Shaping Codeway’s corporate narrative and communication strategy across internal, industry, press, and partner audiences with an accent on strategic messaging, media relations, and complex company moments. Focus on building communication campaigns, coordinating leadership and company-wide events, developing external networks, and using AI in the communications workflow.
Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work with regular office presence

What you will do
- Own and develop ’s corporate narrative, positioning, and public presence.
- Define communication strategies for flagship events, leadership sessions, and company-wide milestones.
- Set the structure, messaging, and channel strategy for internal communications across a 400+ person company.
- Lead major campaigns from audience and narrative development through production and results analysis.
- Build press, journalist, partner, agency, and external-stage relationships.
- Drive awards, rankings, industry-list submissions, and public communications readiness.
Requirements
- Strong strategic communication skills and the ability to connect company strategy with clear messaging for different audiences.
- Excellent command of written communication and the ability to improve copy and messaging.
- Deep understanding of the business, products, markets, metrics, and company achievements.
- Knowledge of the media landscape and experience working with journalists and public-facing communications.
- Experience managing complex events, launches, campaigns, and multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient English communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
