Head of Corporate Communications (AI Logistics)

Location: Bay Area hybrid or US remote

Salary: $180,000–$230,000 for the San Francisco Bay Area and New York; $155,000–$200,000 for remote roles, plus equity.

hirify.global is an early-stage, well-funded AI logistics company building a programmable platform that plans, dispatches, and continuously optimizes delivery operations for commerce brands.

What you will do

• Own the corporate narrative across press, analysts, customers, partners, and internal audiences.
• Build media programs across business, technology, supply chain, retail, grocery, and autonomous delivery publications.
• Build analyst relations and establish autonomic logistics as a clearly understood category.
• Prepare the CEO and senior leaders as spokespeople with distinct voices and points of view.
• Lead internal communications, customer proof points, speaking opportunities, awards, and agency relationships.
• Own issues and crisis management, including preparation for incidents involving AI-driven physical-world operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of communications experience, including in-house leadership at a high-growth B2B technology company or senior agency experience.
• Experience building or leading analyst relations for a complex enterprise platform.
• Established relationships with business, technology, and trade press, with a track record of securing coverage.
• Experience preparing C-level executives as spokespeople.
• Uses Claude or an equivalent LLM as a core part of research, preparation, monitoring, and communications work.
• Exceptional writing, sound editorial judgment, strong opinions held loosely, and discretion.

• Experience on the analyst side.
• Category creation experience in infrastructure, logistics, or autonomy.
• A public writing presence.
