What you will do

• Own the roadmap for a Pod, discovering problems via direct communication with brokers, carriers, and customers.
• Translate business intent into initiatives and break them down into concrete, launchable projects with high-level requirements.
• Redesign core workflows by determining where AI owns the process and where human judgment is required.
• Collaborate with Engineering Leads to align business outcomes with technical system boundaries and data flows.
• Drive feature adoption through documentation, training, and demos, using data to iterate on the product.
• Manage the AI feedback loop, designing fallbacks and escalation paths for when AI outputs are incorrect.

Requirements

• Experience owning a product area within insurtech, B2B SaaS, or a regulated industry.
• Proven track record of redesigning core workflows using AI, specifically managing the human-in-the-loop aspect.
• Technical fluency sufficient to discuss system boundaries and data flows with engineers.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience working effectively within distributed, remote teams.
