What you will do

• Define and deliver AI-first product capabilities by translating ambiguous problems into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Partner with tax domain SMEs, engineering, and UX to ship compliant, production-ready AI integrated into user workflows.
• Develop AI product requirements encompassing data strategy, learning signals, and feedback loops.
• Create lightweight prototypes to experiment with AI capabilities and constraints to accelerate discovery.
• Set and own standards for AI effectiveness, monitoring quality, reliability, usage, and performance metrics.
• Apply responsible AI principles including traceability, privacy, security, bias awareness, and transparency.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant product management experience, including owning multi-quarter roadmaps.
• 2+ years of direct AI experience in system design and/or development.
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives from 0→1 discovery to scaled release.
• Fluency in modern AI/ML concepts such as LLM-based solutions, agents, and data pipelines.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Experience identifying cross-product innovation opportunities via APIs and shared platform capabilities.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior product owners on AI fluency.
