Head of Treasury

What you will do

• Lead the global treasury strategy, policies, operating framework, and governance model.
• Manage liquidity, cash positioning, cash pooling, intercompany funding, working capital, payments, and collections.
• Develop short- and long-term cash flow forecasting and oversee treasury operations across multiple legal entities.
• Manage global banking relationships, negotiate banking facilities and credit arrangements, and support debt financing and acquisitions.
• Oversee foreign exchange, liquidity, counterparty, operational risks, internal controls, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Standardize and automate treasury processes while leading and mentoring the treasury team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a professional qualification is preferred.
• Extensive experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or financial management.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity planning, cash forecasting, treasury controls, debt facilities, and multi-currency environments.
• Experience working in a global, multi-entity organization is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High integrity, professionalism, organization, commercial awareness, and attention to detail.
