About the Role

You will lead the planning and execution of events across Brazil and support the Brazil-focused go-to-market motion. You will own the full lifecycle of in-person events, conferences, executive dinners, workshops, webinars, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships. You will work with sales, marketing, and go-to-market teams, manage budgets and timelines, tailor messaging for Brazilian business audiences, evaluate results, and build relationships with sponsors, partners, and vendors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of events experience, including at least three years in tech event marketing
  • Native Portuguese speaker
  • English fluency
  • Deep knowledge of the Brazilian tech ecosystem and key industry events
  • Experience working with Brazilian event agencies and production partners

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute event plans aligned with business objectives across São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and key Brazilian markets
  • Organise third-party conferences, owned branded events, and strategic dinners with key customers and prospects
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and go-to-market teams for seamless execution
  • Create event messaging for Brazilian business audiences
  • Manage event budgets and timelines end to end
  • Analyze event performance and recommend improvements
  • Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and vendors across Brazil
