What you will do

• Define the global event development strategy and turn broad concepts into actionable plans.
• Execute high-quality events and build scalable global programs and processes.
• Coordinate vendors, venue partners, internal teams, and agency support.
• Partner with Brand, Creative, and Digital teams to create world-class experiences.
• Manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and delivery details in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead through influence and apply structured decision-making in high-stress situations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of community event experience in fitness, B2C, or technology.
• Proven experience defining event strategy and delivering complex global programs.
• Hands-on expertise in event management, logistics, vendor negotiation, and marketing.
• Experience leading and mentoring high-performance stakeholders and agency support.
• Strong decision-making, critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, reprioritize projects, manage independently, and work in a rapidly evolving environment.
