TL;DR

What you will do
- Analyze provider files, including CSV, Excel, HTML, and other structured or semi-structured formats, to identify fields, data types, relationships, and quality issues.
- Convert source data into approved CSV formats and determine appropriate SQL Server table structures.
- Develop and configure C# Windows Services based on the established .NET Framework 4.8 template.
- Bulk-load approved CSV data into SQL Server tables and validate source files, conversions, and database results.
- Troubleshoot complex provider datasets and data-loading issues while maintaining consistency across services, schemas, documentation, and procedures.
- Review developers’ work and provide technical direction within the client-approved architecture and technology restrictions.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical technical experience.
- Senior-level technical analysis experience, with relevant software development, SQL, or data-processing experience.
- Experience with C#, .NET Framework 4.8, Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Server, SQL Server Management Studio, Windows Services, and Windows Server.
- Strong knowledge of SQL/T-SQL, SQL Server table design, source-data type analysis, structured data files, troubleshooting, and technical review.
Nice to have
- Experience with ETL or data-integration processes and SQL bulk-loading techniques.
- Experience converting XLS/XLSX or other source formats into CSV.
- Experience in restricted, government, defense, or controlled technical environments.
