Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

What you will do

• Lead client discovery and advisory sessions, translating business objectives into Salesforce Marketing Cloud architectures and solution designs.
• Design and implement multi-channel customer journeys across email, SMS, push, and social using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Build personalized campaigns with AMPscript, SSJS, and dynamic content, creating reusable patterns and best practices.
• Define Marketing Cloud data architecture, including Data Extensions, Contact Builder, segmentation models, and integration flows.
• Lead Marketing Cloud Connect and third-party integrations with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and CDPs through REST and SOAP APIs.
• Deliver governance, security, compliance, health checks, deliverability audits, workshops, training, and pre-sales support.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, including 4+ years in client-facing consulting or solution architecture.
• At least one Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or Administrator certification; both certifications are an advantage.
• Deep expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Contact Builder.
• Advanced AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL skills, including complex personalization logic, automation workflows, and data models.
• Experience leading Marketing Cloud Connect and third-party integrations through REST and SOAP APIs, plus enterprise data governance and segmentation.
• Strong knowledge of email deliverability, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, solution scoping, technical proposal writing, stakeholder management, and cross-functional workshops.
