Salary: $99,000 – $145,000 (OTE)

What you will do

• Provide fundamental deliverability support and troubleshoot tickets for customers and internal teams.
• Manage a portfolio of customers with Deliverability Services Consulting entitlements.
• Conduct in-depth audits and investigations into email sending practices.
• Assist customers with blocklists, spam traps, and issues with ISPs.
• Develop and monitor IP warming schedules to improve sending reputation.
• Provide long-term strategic deliverability planning for high-visibility brands.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience providing deliverability-specific services at an ESP, agency, or large brand.
• Proficiency in deliverability concepts and customer management skills.
• Proven success in identifying and remediating deliverability issues.
• Ability to present technical findings in a meaningful, consumable format for customers.
• Must be based in the United States.
