TL;DR

Senior Email Deliverability Consultant (SaaS): Providing technical reporting and recommendations to optimize email programs and improve sender reputation with an accent on deliverability strategy and ISP relations. Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid in San Francisco)

Salary: $108,000 – $139,500 per year (Base), OTE $120,000 – $155,000

What you will do

  • Provide fundamental deliverability support and troubleshoot technical tickets for customers and internal teams.
  • Manage and service a portfolio of customers with paid Deliverability Services Consulting entitlements.
  • Conduct in-depth investigations, reviews, and audits of email sending practices.
  • Assist customers with blocklists, spam traps, and resolving issues with ISPs.
  • Produce and monitor IP warming schedules to improve sending reputation.
  • Develop long-term strategic deliverability planning for high-visibility brands.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience providing deliverability-specific services at an ESP, agency, or large brand.
  • Proficiency in deliverability concepts and customer management skills.
  • Proven success in identifying and remediating deliverability issues.
  • Ability to present technical data in a meaningful and consumable format for customers.
  • Must be based in the United States.
