Salary: USD 115,000 - USD 150,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end Deal Desk management to ensure speed and consistency across the deal lifecycle.
• Review complex deals and provide strategic recommendations on pricing, positioning, and structure.
• Manage deal queues, drive timely decision-making, and report on SLAs to ensure accountability.
• Facilitate contract redlining and reviews in collaboration with Legal, Sales, and external parties.
• Support the Sales team with RFPs, RFQs, and partner contract approvals.
• Help shape pricing and packaging strategies and deliver related sales training.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• SaaS B2B software industry experience required.
• Proven track record supporting Deal Desk operations and managing complex deals.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong business acumen and command of Microsoft Office.
• Must be based within commutable distance to the Boston, MA office.
