What you will do
- Own revenue expansion for the existing customer base, with net revenue retention as the primary metric.
- Drive multi-location growth by mapping each customer’s footprint, growth trajectory, and expansion path.
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the API.
- Act as the primary technical relationship for accounts, supporting integrations, production issues, and feasibility discussions.
- Surface expansion-blocking issues early (usage plateau, engagement drop, technical blockers) and resolve them before churn.
- Run regular business reviews, maintain CRM/forecast accuracy, and coordinate technical handoffs with Engineering and Sales.
Requirements
- 4+ years in technical account management, customer success, or solutions engineering at a SaaS or API-first company, with demonstrated ownership of expansion revenue.
- Proven track record of growing accounts (not only renewing), with clear understanding of what drove NRR in prior roles.
- Technical fluency with APIs and developer workflows (able to understand integration failures and integration best practices).
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder accounts where economic buyer, technical owner, and day-to-day user differ.
- Commercial orientation focused on growing accounts and building credible expansion forecasts.
- Comfort with CRM discipline and data-driven reporting.

Salary: $129,000 - $180,000 USD
