Solutions Engineering Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with regular in-office, in-person, and travel expectations.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Solutions Engineers and front-line leaders across the region.
• Partner with Client Executive teams to win new accounts and expand existing customer relationships through upselling and cross-selling.
• Position data infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, cyber resiliency, AI, and cloud-native solutions around customer priorities.
• Orchestrate technical experts, demonstrations, and proofs of concept throughout the sales cycle.
• Own sales forecasts, pipeline development, sales-stage progression, and quota attainment.
• Coach teams to capture customer requirements, develop proposals, and communicate differentiated business outcomes.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Arabic are required.
• Experience coaching technical teams on industry trends and customer problem-solving.
• Proven success managing opportunities, pipelines, customer relationships, and revenue growth.
• Strong executive presence, communication, data-driven decision-making, and business acumen.
• Experience hiring, developing, performance-managing, and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Understanding of data infrastructure, AI use cases, cloud transformation, cyber resiliency, and related sales plays.
