What you will do

• Manage the full implementation lifecycle from scoping and solution alignment through to go-live for partners.
• Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting issues related to APIs, payment processing, and operational dependencies.
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to drive integration efficiency and speed.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to define integration scopes and delivery priorities.
• Analyze partner systems and e-commerce platforms to provide actionable feedback for product improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical program/delivery management or partner-led implementations in fintech or payments.
• Strong understanding of system architectures, APIs, and complex integration delivery.
• Working proficiency in German.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder integration projects with a structured, analytical approach.
• Ability to facilitate technical discussions with engineers and commercial conversations with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and shop systems.

Nice to have

• Direct experience managing external partners during technical implementations.
• Experience applying AI and workflow automation to technical delivery processes.
• Ability to break down complex projects into clear, detailed deliverables.
