Integration Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in Ukraine (Remote, Hybrid, or Kyiv office).

What you will do

• Manage the integration of the platform with third-party services and merchants using APIs.
• Analyze and optimize requirements documentation related to monitoring interactions.
• Maintain internal integration documentation and optimize integration processes.
• Provide support for stable integrations, including incident management and monitoring key quality indicators.
• Collaborate with Dev, QA, and Support teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine.
• 1+ year of practical experience in conducting and maintaining integrations with payment systems, banks, or PSPs.
• Strong understanding of Fintech payment processes (Visa/Mastercard, e-wallets, 3D Secure).
• Proficiency in API technologies (REST API, JSON, HTTP) and tools like Postman.
• Experience with logs analysis and monitoring tools such as Kibana or Grafana.
• English: Intermediate level required for technical documentation and communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in Technical Support or QA roles.
• Understanding of PCI DSS purpose and processes.
