Payment Systems Delivery Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid; flexible options across Almaty, Armenia, Baku, Barcelona, Beijing, Berlin, British Columbia, CIS, Cyprus, Dubai, Europe, Georgia, France, and Kuala Lumpur.

What you will do

• Lead payment solution integrations from technical analysis and configuration through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Analyze APIs, technical documentation, integration guides, parameters, dependencies, and implementation limitations.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear user journeys and actionable requirements for product, engineering, and design teams.
• Represent hirify.global in communications with payment providers and technology partners.
• Partner with UX/UI, product design, marketing, communications, and business development teams on launches and payment experiences.
• Analyze conversion, reliability, usability, and payment performance to identify and implement improvements.

Requirements

• Experience with payment solutions, payment integrations, fintech, or a related technical or product environment.
• Ability to read and analyze APIs, technical documentation, configuration parameters, integration guides, and product requirements.
• Experience working with development and technical teams and translating complex concepts into practical product requirements.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user journey optimization, conversion, usability, and reliability.
• Experience with external partners, payment providers, or technology vendors.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder-management, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Experience optimizing conversion-sensitive digital products.
• Knowledge of payment UX and integration best practices.
