What you will do

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on complex electronic and mechatronic systems.
• Collaborate with quality, development, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues.
• Define and implement containment actions for non-conforming products.
• Translate analysis findings into optimizations for future product development.
• Ensure product reliability and smooth production flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc or BEng) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Eindhoven, Netherlands.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach to machinery.
• High sense of ownership and accountability for technical results.
