Defect Analysis Engineer (Electronics)

Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands; relocation to the Netherlands is supported

Salary: €3,500–€5,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Perform root cause analysis on complex electronic and mechatronic systems returned from customers or internal manufacturing.
• Investigate failure modes and provide findings to quality teams for product improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with quality, development, and manufacturing teams to improve product reliability.
• Define and implement containment actions for non-conforming products and support production flow.
• Translate technical findings into improvements for product development and process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
• Hands-on approach to technical challenges and genuine interest in electronics and product quality.
• High ownership, accountability, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.
