Senior Electronics Consultant (FPGA)

What you will do

• Lead FPGA development from requirements analysis and system architecture through implementation, verification, and delivery.
• Define FPGA firmware requirements, test specifications, clock and reset management, I/O planning, and interface integration.
• Develop and execute simulation, verification, integration, and automated regression testing strategies.
• Implement digital signal-processing solutions such as DDS, NCO, DDC, and SDR systems.
• Produce design descriptions, review reports, test plans, and release documentation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on FPGA design experience with VHDL and/or Verilog.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with AMD/Xilinx devices, IP integration, and the Vivado toolchain.
• Proficiency with ModelSim, SystemVerilog, and UVM for simulation and verification.
• Knowledge of SoC FPGAs, embedded processors, hardware-software co-design, communication protocols, version control, and CI/CD workflows.
• English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in safety- or quality-critical environments such as medical, aerospace, industrial control, or automotive.
